To notice movement, sight, and touch.
Through Yoga, Art, and Surfing,
we turn gently toward the body, and deepen the simple truth:
I am here, now.
There is no special destination.
Only honesty—
about what we feel, moment by moment.
And in that honesty, we begin to meet ourselves again.
