PROGRAM

Exploring yourself – Who are you? Where are you heading?

Yoga

Time to Listen to the Body
Moving slowly with the breath,
you begin to notice—
the stretch of muscle,
the roll of joints,
the quiet weight on the soles of your feet.
Yoga is not performance.
It is observation.
How does the body feel—right now?
What is tender? What feels light?
By attending to these subtle cues,
you begin to rebuild a relationship with your body,
one quiet moment at a time.

Art

Shaping What You See and Feel
With your hands in motion,
you look closely—
a color that lingers in your mind,
a line that leaves an impression.
You follow your senses,
letting them guide the hand across the page.
What draws me in?
Does this image reflect something within me?
Art becomes a mirror.
And in that reflection,
you may begin to see the world—and yourself—differently.

Surfing

Moving With the Rhythm of the Sea
The height of the waves,
the chill of the water,
the wind on your skin.
No two waves are ever the same.
Surfing is the art of attunement.
You meet the shifting sea,
not with thought, but with your whole body.
There is no time to overthink.
Only feeling, balance, instinct.
And when you ride the wave,
that communion with nature remains in your body—
a living memory of being here, in this very moment.
