Tomonori was born in Miyazaki. In 2017, he graduated from Gokase Secondary School, which is the first public combined junior high and high school in Japan. He had received advanced Project Based Learning at the school. 

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Education from Nagasaki University, where he 

obtained a teacher’s license for elementary school and an English teacher’s license for junior high and high school.

Currently, he is a second-year master's student of Tokyo Gakugei University. He is studying educational administration and teacher education. He is also challenging as student of MAKERS UNIVERSITY, which is the school developing the next generation of innovators.
