Hi! I am Shammi, from Earth - born in India, lived in Japan, Canada, US and Singapore. My passions are travelling in Japan’s countryside, sports, cooking, yoga, photography, and poetry. 

I had International Baccalaureate (IB) schooling, and then studied Japanese History, Japan Studies and Education at university and graduate school. After teaching IB, I co-designed IB educator certificate programs at 4 universities. Currently, I head the Secondary Education Department, and the IB Educator Program at Okayama University of Science. I love learning new things everyday with students.
